No educational vision can be implemented in the absence of trained, motivated and dedicated faculty and administrative staff. That is why we take our hiring procedures very seriously. Every teacher has to go through induction level training at the onset and we try to maintain optimum diversity in skills and talent of our staff.

There is an ongoing professional development program in place for faculty and staff as well, with the vision of keeping abreast with the best teaching practices and school improvement.

We believe in holistic and voluntary learning and that is why our program picks up the best practices from all the contemporary teaching models for young children. Every child here undergoes a close observation by professionally trained teaching staff. We have developed a system of cataloguing teacher observation narratives which would document every child’s interest, strengths, limitations and behavior patterns. Our teaching staff is our biggest asset and we have made sure, through our carefully developed selection criterion, to choose the best teachers for our children.
